Food photography is required in various sectors, from the purely culinary one (books and magazines, recipe blogs) to the tourist one (guides for restaurants and taste routes). Nonostante oggi sia forte la presenza di "fotoamatori del cibo", rimangono fondamentali in questo campo un buon equipaggamento tecnico, nochè nozioni di luce e composizione.
